How does it work?
The Self-Service Pet Spa is available on a walk-in basis. Your $30 session includes 15 minutes of tub time, and additional time may be purchased when needed.
Who can use it?
The spa is open to members and the public, with no size or temperament restrictions. Walk-in bathing stations include a ramp so larger dogs can step into the tub more comfortably. All dogs must meet FurHaus vaccination requirements.
What does VIP Pack include?
VIP Pack members receive two self-service spa credits each month. Credits renew monthly and do not roll over.

Will staff bathe my dog?
The spa is self-service, so owners bathe their own dogs. Our staff can show you how to operate the equipment and answer questions along the way.
What does the 15-minute session cover?
The 15 minutes applies only to tub time. If your dog needs longer in the tub, you may purchase additional time.
Do I need a reservation?
No. The Self-Service Pet Spa is walk-in only and is available to both FurHaus members and the public.
Do I clean the station afterward?
No. FurHaus handles the cleanup, so you can leave the wet towels and bath-day mess with us.
Are upgrades available?
Yes. Additional spa packages will be available with options such as a blueberry pup facial, paw and nose balm, cologne, and other finishing touches.
